With a background in scaling service-based businesses, he has successfully acquired and grown companies including Painter1 of Columbus and Bruck Construction Services. Patrick brings a disciplined investment approach, operational expertise, and a servant-leadership mindset to every acquisition, creating long-term value for investors while preserving the legacy of the businesses he acquires.

Sam Baker is the Vice President of Investor Relations at Midwest Investments, where he connects investors with opportunities that deliver long-term value. He brings entrepreneurial leadership experience as former CEO of Farm Flight, an ag-tech platform, and as Service Operations Manager at TerraClear, a robotics company focused on agricultural automation. With a background in business development and stakeholder communications, Sam leverages his expertise to build trust, strengthen relationships, and support Midwest’s mission of disciplined, sustainable growth.
